Start from the beginning if you want regular DM, start with Erosion if you want weirdo-brutal DM, start with Obscura if you want weirdo-weirdo DM, start with From Wisdom if you want pseudo-weirdo DM, start with Colored Sands if you want prog-bore DM, start with the new EP if you want trash

Obscura is best, but maybe not the best to start with. Work your way up to it, starting from their debut

If you don't listen to a lot of DM, start with their debut; easiest to digest.

If you like the old school style, you'll dig the first two. Personally those grew on me later than the weirder stuff like Obscura and FWtH. Erosion is one of my favorites now but I didn't really enjoy it that much at first.

Sands and the new EP are both excellent in my opinion but they are a departure from what the band was doing pre-hiatus for sure.
