It's weird for me to think that "Feel Good, Inc." came out 11 years ago. I can feel the nostalgia big time. I still love it. I can even remember when "Clint Eastwood" was fresh on the radio and I was only like 9 years old.

This record has some of Gorillaz' most memorable songs, though I feel their debut is more solid as a whole. El Mañana, Every Planet We Reach is Dead and the t/t are truly remarkable

Yeah, it definitely is a top 5 Gorillaz song, not sure if the best one though. I prefer El Mañana over it

Damon losing his laptop probably pushed it back quite a bit

Tbh I might agree. Feel like I prefer the vibe of the debut but this has better songwriting

This is the one for the folks that keep saying they love Gorillaz, but don't even know who Damon Albarn or Jamie Hewlett are.

What happened to Damon's laptop?

He lost it in an Uber cab and hasn't been able to find it, while he hasn't said anything about there being any Gorillaz material on it a friend of his, Mark Dougdale, said it will chock full of new Gorillaz material and the laptop isn't going to be recovered any time soon as the driver allegedly denies there ever being a laptop.

if that's true then that driver is a fucking piece of shit.

Hope they smart enough to have all that stuff backed up on some ext drive.

Yeah, thats why its mostly just speculation for the time being but people are kinda worried about it since we've barely had any updates on the album's progress nor has Jamie updated his Instagram with Gorillaz artwork as frequently as they did earlier this year.
