This shits on Presto. Presto's their worst album imo

i disagree, test for echo is their worst, together with this. or maybe their debut is worst. i also enjoy their 90s stuff more than fly by night

not sure how a 10 song album that contains Dreamline, Bravado, Roll The Bones, Where's My Thing, and Ghost Of A Chance can be their worst, but to each his own

This is more consistent than Presto but the highlights on Presto are like career highlights

"Roll the Bones showed them at their most inspired and enjoyable in years. Whereas Permanent Waves began their 80s era with a reinvention of sorts with the new wave elements and more accessible songs, Rush simply decided to expand off their already-established sound for their first 90s album. But while Roll the Bones may just seem like an extension of its predecessor, the songwriting and overall vibe suggest that much more creativity and passion was involved this time around."

Hopefully that's a better compliment then :] (that was from my review of this album)

I've been waiting for you on this thread for 10 fucking years Brendan!

And I know I've said it so many times, but I like Geddy's voice the best on this album.

Speaking of which, this is one of the few albums by the band that I haven’t ever checked out yet.

Re-listening to this LP, hoping for rate bump.

My 3/5, is me being an old school Rush fan jerk, judging falsely and contentiously.

I'm in process of realigning my senses about this attitude. I see that it is working.

Im bumping nearly every post-Digital LP along a discog run.

Bravado is one of their very best songs man[2], agreed

Really appreciated the emotionally charge 'Bravado" piece and groovy T/t.

Why are we here?....

^^^ it depends, from what musical perspective you listen to it.

Far from perfect, but better than many people think.

Anyway, it does not make any difference, because Rush will be remembered has legend in a not so far future. Resistance is futile. ;)
