My main gripe with their latest two albums is the remarkably inoffensive sound. This has the blasts and the fast riffz but man, The Chainheart Machine is way more brutal. The spooky synths adds a lot as well, I think. Slick but uninteresting production on this one.

I loved the early Chainheart, Predator's Portrait, and Natural Born stuff. I remember thinking The Living Infinite was so sick at first, but didn't seem to have much replay factor for me. Was content with it after a couple listens.
Will have to give this a jam nevertheless.
