sounds like who to me but read it was where, went with who, who knows, implies the same thing, if he says where in saying where he means who not literally where in the spatial sense

Haven't heard Bob Dylan yet, or most of the artists Trebor expected, but I was definitely expecting more of an Elliott Smith type group based on rough descriptions of the band. I was clearly wrong. Which in this case is a good thing.
