Damn, that's super harsh. The solos alone make the last 3 albums 3.0s minimum.

Ehhhh. The solos are ok but ultimately forgettable. The only recent ATB song that wowed me was Deluge. Everything else they've put out goes in one ear and out the other. The riffs and vocals are so incredibly unremarkable nowadays.

Fair enough, for what it's worth I mostly agreed with you at one point but the albums grew on me with time. I used to really dislike Dig Deep but I've been jamming it a lot lately.

I miss the shred-happy ATB. After Rareform everything started sounding so tame and watered down. In Dreams was an exception and aged pretty well tho.

They djent a little too hard for their own good but sometimes that's a side effect of being omega djent

From a first listen, the only thing the new one did is scare my cat to death

Like when the fucking first riff dropped after the slow intro, with zero buildup etc... the cat jumped from the pavement, ran on top of his tower/bed and looked at the wall in front of me with two eyes as if he was seeing death stalking him.

That's metal I guess (?) however some juicey ones in the new one but I don't know. . . It sounds rareform-ish as rareform could have been if they had only one guitar player
