http://www.datpiff.com/jglass-Rum-Diary-mixtape.576415.html this kids later songs remind me of earl. I just found this on datpiff and it's tight.

brush the dirt up off my psyche

not sure how Earl gets anything above a 2.5-3 tbh. Nothing about this strikes me as "great"
whatsoever.
he is like the definition of an average rapper. Same flow in every song, every once in a while you
hear a line thats OK but the lyrics are pretty mediocre and incredibly random, production is mediocre-
good. dunno what yall see in this, I think he just relates to younger kids.

I don't know why, but I decided to toy around with this review a little after reading it again today. I think it reads a lot better now.

I heard Epar a lot of times, I don't need to listen to this to get Earl
and if you don't have MMLP2 higher than this you are doing it wrong, calling Earl a bad imitation of
Eminem is a compliment to him

you should listen to 'Hoarse', it might give you a different perspective

I think "mass hallucination" better applies to masses of people grouping a stereotypical off beat singy-rapper with sub par
lyricism with Illmatic because interscope bought enough albums and payed off enough magazines to convince them it's
important
