I always gravitate to listen to artists' most infamous / polarizing albums first because for the most part, those albums entertain me the most. And Tomorrow In A Year is less accessible than this Gyro

pots -yeah i think my biggest problem was i was trying to actively listen to it for so long, and it really affected my appreciation of the latter half because i was so drained by that point. i've been playing this a lot lately though, and i've come to appreciate some of the stuff going on in old dreams.

dream - i hear you, i like to do that sometimes too, it would just be a shame for someone to miss out on the knife because they're put off by their more challenging output. silent shout is a guaranteed like though. and yeah, tomorrow is more challenging for sure but it's a collaboration.

you're a dope user gyro. Also I agree with plane, I like to see how artists progress and none is more satisfying than these guys.

love it! might be my favourite thing they've done. i actually remember discussing this with lewis back in the day, wishing it had come with some kind of visual companion. i love its slow progression from minimalism to full blown pop music, and how it fits thematically with the origin of species. i used to get crazy high and put on a pair of good cans to listen to it

I hope there's some Fever Ray in the future, though.

I've only heard that album twice and I can't remember any of it. Should probably revisit it
