Please just stop the fucking argument. It's pointless. Kid A has no justification outside of the band member quote. Either you buy it or you don't. Let's leave it at that. We don't need to continue on another fucking argument.

I think he's given up. If he starts again, crucify him.

I still love this album to death, and I play the hell out of it.

The biggest thing I would be afraid of if I had a band that was popular would be 'fans' arguing over crap that doesn't matter. Concept albums are cool and everything, I get that, but ultimately, who gives a shit? listen to the music, bob your head up and down, and get along with your lives losers.

Music is more than just bobbing your head up and down you dumbass.

If you had a popular band, you'd be afraid of people discussing your music and ideas?
Neat.

"Crap that doesn't matter," you know it's not like the albums concept is one of the biggest things this album has going for it and obviously something PTH takes pride in or anything. This Message Edited On 09.18.07

You're all right, I was wrong.
Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go hang around a band and laugh at all their jokes.

I can't stop listening to this album right now. It's so catchy.
The last minute of "Blindfolds Aside" is fucking beautiful, man. This Message Edited On 09.22.07

I think the 2nd minute is probably one of the best points on the album. The end of Divine Suicide is absolutly breathtaking as well.

Yeah the female vocals really take that song to new heights. Those two songs are actually my current favorites.

They are mine as well :thumb:

I tried to keep my rating at a 4 but I've been listening to this non-stop all day, save for a listen and a half of Arch Enemy's new cd.

I'm currently listening to this album and I really like what I'm hearing
Is there any other bands that have a similar-ish sound to PTH - i.e that fit into the same genre as them (whatever that may be), as they only have 2 albums and I need more of this sort of stuff!
edit: Any bands other than Thrice and Human Abstract as I'm currently trying to get into them thanksThis Message Edited On 10.03.07

The Human Abstract fucking sucks ass. These guys are pretty much unique sound wise but here's a list of bands that sort of sound similar or bands that heavily influenced them:
between the buried and me, into eternity, fall of troy (sucks but you might like them), thrice, iron maiden, blablabla.
Just wait for Fortress it'll be worth it.
