Trump is just Azealia Banks now
Just a pathetic, desperate has-been trying way too hard to hard
Nobody who has heard Darkness on the Edge of Town would call Bruce overrated
Being republican is a mental illness, you have to delude yourself into hating love and art

Trump is is simply a jerk. As simple as that. Even with all the signs, at the time, it's hard to believe that about half of the American people voted on him. That is simply disgusting and incomprehensible. The guy can destroy America and the Western world in a glimpse of an eye. This isn't the world I expected to lieve on, sincerely.

This is still the only full album I know, planning on doing a more serious run soon because it feels sacrilegious that American Skin isn't talked about as a top Bruce song

Agreed, but we can also include The River and Nebraska as also amazing albums. They're all six excellent works.

seconding the "go in order" rec to venin but look forward to The Rising, which is by far his best post-80s release. also figure "american skin" is mainly overlooked due to not appearing on a studio album for like a dozen years after it was debuted live. definitely a late career highlight though
