Really diggin ZII, but this is better. It just is. The atmosphere, the fast and heavy songs, Mike sounding like he may actually be a zombie, idk the whole thing is so rad. Might have to bump it to a 5 at some point.
And yeah Survivor is the fucking jam dudes.

Yea this absolutely is better than ZII. Jeremy actually sounds like he gives a damn, Mike sounds like a monster, the riffs are wild and fun, breakdowns go HARD, the samples are fun and spooky, it has it all

The samples are really the biggest thing missing from ZII imo. I think musically it's super strong, with the exception of Termination. That song is just kinda weak, but still not horrible. But if it had the zombie gurgles, the chainsaws, etc. then it would be a lot closer to this.
They just did such a good job painting the full picture here. Like in Survivor, it actually feels like he is a lonely dude on a farm just fighting off fucking zombies all day for years lol.
