there are a couple of classic tunes in here that are enough to make of this an album that doesn't "suck"

Can we just stop to appreciate the fact that this album has an ICONIC ALBUM COVER?

robot sex, I dig it, I have softened on release 7 and 8 over the years, I actually like NSD now. this still leaves me hanging, any other band probably a 3 but I stick with my rating for this

I bumped it from 2.5 because it has some of my favourite Sabbath ballads (It's Alright and She's Gone) and it's an all around ufn album. Plus the cover.

Everything by Hipgnosis is a masterpiece

This, along with NSD and H&H are Sabbath's best artworks imo

It's Hipgnosis? Well, that explains it. Never Say Die! is also an amazing sleeve, H&H is magnificent, but also BS and SBS have stunning covers as well. The rest is either mediocre or inoffensive.

I've always liked MoR's. Don't know if it was meant that way or if it is just my interpretation but I like how the font goes from groovy and purple to formal and dark the closer it gets to "reality"
