is good, not as good as earlier album, but definitely worth a listen.

They'll never be as good as they were pre-bedlam again.
|
| |
Or pre-Mars Volta for that matter...

Has anyone ever seen TMV shreds?

Idk about that. I am excited to see what they do on the next album now that Cedric and Omar aren't dictators and the band has a say so.
|
| |
I have a feeling their next album will be their second best
|

Nah it can only beat this album and Bedlam.

I can seriously see that now that they are focusing and not just recording the first thing that they can think off.
|
| |
They should stop it then, and make another Frances.
|
| |
Another Frances would be lovely

Nah, so far all of their albums have been different, and I want that trend to continue because I've liked them all.

Okay I should have said make another album as good as Frances.
I personally hope they make an electronic album.

I like this and everything, I have a high rating, but Frances the Mute is just on a whole other level of awesomeness

THIS THIS THIS. I could imagine an album with the same vibe of deloused but with a bunch of sequencers and electronic samples along with their basic instruments.

That's retarded, why would they repeat themselves? If you want to hear Frances the Mute. Go listen to Frances the Mute.

Most of their albums sound eerily similar, so I don't get this whole. "Oh my god each of their albums is different" thing. Granted Frances is much different than anything else in their catalog, as is this, but Bedlam and Deloused are rather similar in terms of conception and execution while Amp is pretty much the same concept.
Although the band sucks either way. Just saying.
