I'll say that this has the most consistent collection of Metallica songs (their new one is close), but the older albums just have better songs overall (with a few duds on each album).

My band and I covered this album live last year...or should I say the awesome half of it. We even called it that and pretty much everybody knew which songs we were gonna play from then on. I love playing encores, they're so much more fun than playing the main set. Mainly because you're pissed drunk by then.
