"I think it's pretty good but I agree with Doof that the attempted lighter, more pop stuff doesn't work. Alone I Break is terrible."

I take extreme offence to this, Alone I Break is a masterpiece.

It blows me away the quality drop with FtL then recovery into this album. This also somehow sounds older than FtL like it should have followed LiP but they took longer to produce it or something.

They may have splurged infinite money on Unlunchables but it's THIS one that always floors me with how crisp and beefy AND pretty natural everything sounds. Absolutely goated drum sound.

The only complaint I could have is that I would've loved for them to lean into the noisier parts. Already the chorus of Falling Away from Me could've been more nicely abrasive if the guitar on the left was more prominent. But still, this album is so good honestly. Deliciously "urban" too

(just a couple lyrics I'm not too sure lol but it's Korn)

it's overrated and too long but it's a snapshot of the time. We ate this shit up when we were kids

its all time and place and nostalgia influenced anyway so i shouldnt even use the word overrated. hate that word anyway.

it just so happens that i only started listening to korn in like 2017 and never got into nu metal during the actual hayday of the scene (except for soad being my first metal band).

Second best Korn yes. Life Is Peachy has a more unique style but this has more hits.

Third best Korn

First four songs on FtL are better than this entire album…and FtL has a few more good songs too.

This has slightly fewer missteps than FtL…but only slightly.

Yeah the features are all bad on FtL... 'All in the Family' made sense at the time though

this and FtL had some wild hits but both disappointed me overall. Untouchables gave me what I wanted, best KoRn album

I never was a big fan of Issues. Don't get me wrong: I love Korn, I love Nu Metal and I love Falling Away From Me. But this album would be really low my personal Korn album ranking (Korn III and Untitled are prob below it though). Issues has too many songs that I just view as filler. I never get the urge to listen to the full album again.
