The screamo scene is still pretty big in the area.



And you're still missing the point, you jackass.

MJ there are like 4, maybe 5 Crunkcore bands. It's not really big enough to even be labeled as a genre, it's more of just a trend, I guess, so to generalize it is understandable. However, screamo is a much more established genre so to generalize it like you do is totally ridiculous.

Secondly, no one is really getting duped here. Some people just enjoy music that you don't. Yes, it is indeed possible.
