Stop spamming up the thread. Seriously. It's only going to make your time here very brief once the mods come through.

At least it's on Green Day. The most fun GD song is Jaded ftw.
Holiday I never liked like I enjoyed the second half of the album, but still nice.

They have two guitarists live so Billie can focus more on singing rather then solos and the such.

Millions of others also found on Adolf Hitler to be a great leader and nice guy.
/bitch slap
One more asinine analogy like that, and your next slap will be with a hammer.
how is a few power chords, bass lines that are just the roots of those chords, average drumming, and a band that needs two guitarists to play live even famous...
Because God hates you, silly emo kid. This Message Edited On 04.19.06

If anything, God must love emo kids, how else would they be able to withstand the music without some form of blessed intervention to prevent their ear canals from filling with blood?

I strongly agree, emo music is simply unbearable. But I think Green Day need to be careful, I mean BJA started wearing blakc eye make-up. At the end of the video for jesus of suburbia the one cuts himself (how emo is that), and there's the ridiculously time consuming rabling of that and guy and that girl in the video for "Wake Me Up When September Ends". their on the virge of becoming an emo band themselves

They have no soul.

Two things.
First off, the band had no say at all in the production of any of the videos for this album. "Wake Me Up..." is about BJA's father dying when he was 10, but the director the label hired said, "I want to make a video about the Iraq War 'cause I'm all political n' shit."
Second, before you use the term emo again, buy an album by either Rites of Spring or Moss Icon then get back to me.This Message Edited On 04.19.06

I have the fortunate ability to not watch tv ( cause I don't have one and am too poor to do something about it... finally, being poor has actually worked for me, for once) so I always found their biggest fault was in their music for this album.

ah steerpike, always one step ahead of me it seems. I was unaware that Green Day had no say in the making of their videos. But I am quite aware of what emo is as I have several emo friends, well people i know not really friends, who are always trying to get me to try and like their music (so far none of which has appealed to me, i don't expect any of it ever will)This Message Edited On 04.19.06

That depends entirely on the definition of emo you're using. And I'm going to guess by the context of your posts, that you aren't familiar with 1st wave emo bands of the 80's Washington D.C. hardcore punk scene.

7, i'm just gonna add in a couple more words here otherwise the comment is too short but the answer was just supposed to be "7"

I'm familiar. I cheered when Morrissey's Rites Of Spring review came up the other day. But I was born in '84.
