I slightly prefer this to 'heaven and Hell' and that's purely because of the songs fitting Dio's vocals better.

Great album overall. 'Falling Off the Edge of the World' is one of my favorite Sabbath songs.

Am I the only one who thinks this album's straddling of classic sabbathism and party rock is a little strange?

Great album, the last truly great work these guys ever made.
My favorite track here is the epic " The Sign Of The Southern Cross". One of the best jams ever. One of the easiest songs to play on an electric guitar too.
Some other favorites are "Falling Of The Edge Of The World" and "Over And Over Again".

Slipping away it's actually a weak song... but Country Girl is awesome, the lyrics are excellent and the riff is the best in the album

Falling Off the Edge of the World is amazing.

wouldve been as good as h&h if it had a perfect song like the t/t

Southern Cross and Falling Off come pretty close imo, but H&H is better in more ways than just that.
