Makes more sense to get the 1st one tbh, I mean, it makes this ones story make sense, it makes the entire musical concept make sense, as the keyboard involvement wasn't as present in the first one, but seeing as it is after the original great war and the story of this is on a much smaller and less physical scale, it actually fits to have the keyboards creating an other-wordly atmosphere, and oh yeah, it's better.

I think I'm gonna go listen to this now.

I actually haven't read the whole lyrics to both songs to understand the story. Listening to it musically though, one could tell both of them go together because of various similar sounds between the two.

I love this one more than the first Crimson (obviously lol).

I actually bought this but my version isn't split up into 44 tracks. It's in 9 instead. That got me pretty pissed.

I actually like that more. It's easier to access my favorite parts of the song.

I listened to a bit of this. Crimson 1 is much better.

So I'm through the middle of listening to this immediately after the first Crimson and it still remains to be one of the greatest experiences ever, I might review this in the next few days.

I think I may prefer this to the first one, but i need more listens for both. I think part of what does it for me is the production, even though the first Crimson is more epic.

And i just downloaded this, and for some reason Passage of Time is only 5:27, so about 4 minutes are cut out of the whole thing =/

Finally got this and i must say it is more slay-tastic upon a first listen than Crimson I imo...both of them are truly excellent and i need to find some time this week to listen to both in a row...where should i go with the man that is Dan Swano next?

Ok, I just downloaded a version that has everything, but is simply the one 43 minute track. But whatever, I'll keep the version with the 9 separate tracks (though as i mentioned Passage of Time is shortened by about 5 minutes in them) if I want to skip between them i suppose.

Just listened to them both back to back...and I think I enjoyed the first slightly more.

I just got this but it's just one giant track. I kinda like it that way though.

Oh and it's fucking amazing too.
