Seems rather underrated, although it marks the end of Pink Floyds golden era.

some say the wall marks the end of the "golden era"
to be honest, this is my favourite pink floyd album for some reason, even though it has it's flaws.

you should write a shorter one that's a little more to the point. mine's quite long-winded.

Not the BEST Floyd album but not bad. The Post War Dream is by far the best song and it is a damn fine song. Not Now John, The Final Cut and When The Tigers Broke Free (Bonus Track) are good songs as well. Two Suns In The Sunset to a lesser degree. The rest is a tad weak and I don't know whats up with the vocals, I think its the recording it sounds like my ear is inside Rogers mouth and I can hear him salivating or something....

I put off listening to this one for awhile and now I can't stop playing it. It is underrated for sure. Best song off the album for me is Paranoid Eyes.

Agreed. The production on the vocals is kinda wacky and it at times stumbles when it's trying to make a statement, but there are a lot of great moments that make up for the couple of glaring failures.
