One of the best in the game for a few years now. In fact, most current techno bores me to tears, but this guy is on another level of creativity and personality.
I've almost always played at least one of his tracks in my DJ sets, and a couple of years ago he played one of the most mind-bending sets I've heard in ages, full of this sort of broken beat trance style tracks which I have no idea where he got them from, very different stuff from what most guys playing "hypnotic" or "deep" techno play, you had to scrape me off the wall after that.

Can confirm he is amazing live. Saw him at a warehouse party in 2022 and absolutely loved it. Was hard for the next DJ to follow up

Amazing album. Also fwiw DB1 who features on the last track has some really cool music. If you haven't heard Zwischenweldt for whatever its called, it's essential amd even better you dig into how they made it.

Gonna add that to my new ambient/electronic list!

"Zwischenwelt uses Euclidean rhythms—an algorithm that divides ones and zeros into criss-crossing patterns found in both subatomic particles and Sub-Saharan drumming—to show that music doesn't exist in a single tempo or time signature. Rather, a few mathematically related BPMs and rhythmic divisions exist in parallel. Hearing the rhythmic interplay is like observing a triple-deck highway from an adjacent building, watching different levels of traffic zip by at different speeds in opposite directions. This is clearest in "Jona" and to lesser degrees in "Qube Part 2," "Drft Part 1" and "Zukr." Tempo becomes a Rubik's Cube."
