I like the rockers on this a lot, but yeah the electronic tracks just did not do it for me.
Frustrating release for sure, there’s some potential in the “Wildhund but more electronic” sound, but it’s only realized on a few of the tracks here.

I found this album is a bit more listenable in the following order
1. Daisies
2. Oxygen
3. Cherries
4. Numb TV Superstar
5. Solar Death
6. AutoGuard
7. Planets
8. Ghost
9. Windhunter
10. Clockworks
11. Jeanet
"Jeanet" is simply awful if you view it as a regular song, but as an outro or closer (or leftover) is like whatever. Also not a fan of "Numb TV Superstar" or "AutoGuard" but I guess they are more tolerable when spread out instead of being so close to each other.
Had this been an 7 or 8 song EP I would probably slap at least a 3.5

Funny "Daisies" and "Oxygen" were chosen as singles when they don't really represent the album well, but then again no song here does since it's so messy.
My favorites are probably "Planets" and "Clockworks", those two are brilliant imo

Metal meltdown gave it 4/5 which makes me feel a bit more vindicated / less insane for my rating even if I have lowered it to a 3 after crystallising my thoughts on the non Metal tracks a bit more
