I think he lives in Japan now (I could be wrong), so I don't think that'd be possible. :|

I'm not surprised, it's probably because of the war (Mykolaiv was besieged by the russian troops during the first months of the war, and they remain close, the frontline is like 50 km away from the city). It is equally possible that he just likes to travel and tour though.
