Don't hate this album, but it certainly was a lot less interesting that stuff from Cycle of Suffering and before. I have a lot of time for Josh, great player but this feels a bit like phoning it in. Enjoyed my time with it, will probably never listen to it again.

curious why you feel that way. I like the first two albums a lot, and I feel like overall they're pretty inoffensive. just slightly thrashy, slightly techy metalcore like a diet version of Allegaeon or something.

The only songs I really like are Lacerations, Seeds in the River, and Everywhere at Once. Otherwise, not a huge fan.

Yeah agree that the first few albums are really solid, but unfortunately the last several releases feel so generic.
Supreme Oppressor, Conclusion, and Edge of the Earth have something special about them that’s completely missing in the latest albums.
