Damn wasn't expecting this to get a review
Musically it's absolutely wonderful and I based my rating on that but the production reminds me of Craig Mabbitt-era Blessthefall and not in a good way
Also I don't care how AI the original cover is, it was way better and fits the apocalyptic vibe perfectly

The new one's not bad but certainly an oddball next to the older artworks.
Hold up. 4 years mean this one was in the works since around the second LP. I wonder how splitting attention between this and other material went.

I was drafting some of these tracks in late 2022, Future of Humanity was actually going to be for a side project that I scrapped as well. 4 years is rounding up a little, "Death of Our Memory" was being drafted right around the end of the Luminous sessions and it went from there.

Well done, Bro! I just loved so much the literature reference. I didn't know the author and the book. But I just learned (due to your review) he was a correspondent of the Brazilian Academy of Letters.

The music is very nice... the problem is the vocal... it's not a matter of an acquired taste (like Geddy Lee, Dave Mustaine or Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth). The truh is: he's very bad! I can say he sings with his heart (which is great), but that's it.
He's almost as bad as me.
Just kidding: nobody is worse than me "singing".

Thanks for giving it a listen even if you didn't like the vocals, the support is appreciated. If you are speaking of track 1, that's actually not me singing, Cameron took the lead, I wasn't satisfied with my takes and he wanted to try it so I figured it'd be a nice shakeup even if that isn't his usual wheelhouse. We both pushed ourselves outside of our comfort zone, so your mileage may vary.

I just realized, Peace of Mind somehow reminds me of If I Never Wake Again by Picture Me Broken. Maybe it's the matter of mood. Can't complain though, I love both of these songs.
