I just have to say, Transcending Obscurity are one of the absolute best metal labels active right now and they’re out of India. Kunal is an excellent person and just put all their digital music up for PWYW on Bandcamp so definitely go support these guys while they work on getting their distribution system upgraded.

on 3rd or 4th listen yeah this rocks. at first i thought it was just kind of a retread of what hes being doing but theres some cool new ideas floating around.

one of my favorite things about this project is that he really lets songs settle into a groove once they find it. a lot of brutal/techy shit like this plays a good riff for like 2 bars then switches it up. this guy aint afraid to let a riff breathe for like a minute or two and i dig that.
