Really good review, gives me context for Vega & Altair and the place it has in musical history, love that. But I'm pretty sure ROTH came out in 2014 and Panorama in 2019. Might wanna correct those dates.

The review calling out that environmental catastrophe is the modern answer to king park surprised me I. That I find Steve to be the most strikingly similar structurally to King Park.

i was going more for emotional climax of the album, and i stand by it

compositionally, you may be right, but not the point i was making amigo

The thing i like a lot with later La dispute is how lyrically Jordan has aged and talks about actual everyday issues in relaitonships and adult life in a very real way.

Rooms is an interesting record and i love it conceptually as a house that has seen so many different residents

Steve sounds so much like a sophisticated and grown up version of something from Somewhere Between

Steve's groove and structure remind me of a bulkier Harder Harmonies

Amazing review Scoot. I'm the weird one who prefers Panorama, but this is still very strong.

Environmental Catastrophe Film is, without a doubt, the best song they've ever written. Wow.

Man with Hands and Ankles Bound is another massive highlight, love how heavy and aggressive that one is.

The groove is weirdly an ass shaker lol
