slow start that's a little too brief feeling but track 4 on is undeniable stuff

Really really good. Prefer the billy woods album but this is probably my second favorite hip hop release of the year thus far.

Oh dear, this one isn't quite as accessible as BPJ... I'll have to spend more time with it before I give a verdict. BPJ is one of my all-time favorites so this one has a high bar to reach.

BPJ is great but this sounds as good if not better, and the lyrics consistently about coping with death and grief is so tight conceptually that I can vividly picture it. Listen Gentle is absolutely beautiful

This drummer is a fuckin maniac. Venin's right too, first 3 tracks aren't overly impressive but it kicks into gear on Track 4 and keeps the high bar to the end.

Ah, there it is--second playthrough's the charm. Another banger from Dixon. Man, I love this guy's work.

Crooked Stick has a pretty lame hook but Sugar Water is a banger and a half

Could go without the intro for sure even though it’s instrumentally impressive, feels a little lin Manuel
