I enjoy it for the most part but the clean vocals are a disaster. Lead vocals are great. Dani has really expanded his range.

Seventh Sun rules. There’s lots of memorable leads and the cleans, whether you like his voice or not, were frequently catchy as hell. The cleans add almost nothing to this, Dani carries easily. And the guitar work has some fun flourishes here or there but also seems a step down to me

Agreed big time on the cleans here vs Seventh Sun. Tom actually adds a lot to that album, but I feel like 90% of the cleans here are either total misfires or add nothing of value. Burn is the only song that really benefits from them. But yeah, I did a relisten last night just to confirm and I think that album absolutely bodies this one on every level, I really have no desire to listen to this again.
