"Isn't the full LP officially titled "SABLE, fABLE" and not just "fABLE"?"
yes -- the EP is treated as part of the LP on every official channel + database i can find for this aside from sput. correcting the title rn, whether reviewers want to engage with the release as a whole or purely the new fABLE songs is their call ig

First listen down - feel like I'm going to sit neatly between the "blows ahrd, men" take of this review and the "instant classic" take of the other one. Sorta doubt he's ever gonna match the first two LPs at this point, but this seems like a good sound for him with some great tracks.

Speyside is great but I thought Things Behind Things was better

The EP is technically a part of this indeed which is why I wanted to highlight fABLE and give a brief overview of SABLE.

So far I think the EP is decent and the last three songs are ‘chill out Bon iver’ and if you can come to terms with that definition they’re pretty nice too.
Some of the stuff in the middle remains totally flavourless after three visits now.

Personally never been a fan of this band, and this album didn't change that.
