This reminds a bit of their older material like Timothy's Monster as well. They seem to have gone back to that mix of song styles all swirled together around interludes, epics, and pop rock chimers.

Yeah that's a decent descriptor. Album kind of goes all over the place in the best way possible. Hans sings on quite a bit of it too which is always nice to hear. His delivery seems to suit their more recent style a bit better than Bent

It loses me on some of the longer tracks (Bathazar and Neotzar specifically) but overall this is really enjoyable and just a fun time in the sun.

I'm like 4 tracks in and honestly not liking it much.

Bathazar and Neotzar and two of my favorite tracks on this bad boy! This is currently my favorite album of the year.

Still jamming this every day. The churning rhythms underneath all the guitar work are absolutely relentless and really build the ideas that surround them in the most perfect way

A wonderful journey as expected.

Each time I listen to this I find something new to love. I know this might be crazy to say but after 2 dozen full listens this ranks in their top 5 for me

I wanted to love this album a lot, but it's such a slog to get through. And that's coming from someone who likes longer songs.
