glad you like this one - as much as i respect the writing in this review i couldn't disagree more with it. it's so good. the freshest they've sounded in a decade.

Yeah I love this band. They nail the gothic death/doom style so hard. Then again they kinda helped invent this sound to begin with so it makes sense lol.

I was hooked the first time I heard Thy Raven Wings in 2006!

I still have to hear Like Gods of the Sun, 34.788%, The Light at the End of the World and For Lies I Sire but the only one under a 4 so far is The Ghost of Orion. Everything else is very amazing.

@Venin Angel and dark river, Map or deathless Kings would be the 3 id point you torwards. Light at the end of the world has one of their best opening tracks imo.



Gods to the sun sounds like they hung around with Paradise Lost too much at the time to me

i've heard angel, light at the end of the world and dreadful hours and the latter is my fav so far
