Sounds a lot like Darkspace tbh. Maybe it's an age thing, but the super harsh frequencies of earlier albums can be fatiguing. This and Im Wald are actually pretty soothing listens.

this has Beverast vibes to me. the pacing makes for a real smooth listen, too -- though I think just ending on Ausstieg would have been perfect. that track reminds me so much of Ich Schreite.

Seven I actually very much agree with that. I think this is like Beverast and/or if Marduk played a more atmospheric style of bm. Don't really hear much Darkspace here tbh.

The closer is a standout track for me.
Otherwise, typical ambiguous lo-fi BM I need to sit with before delineating unique attributes.
Great album so far though.

You gotta check out Winterkalte. "Winter" has gotta be one of my favorite metal songs of all time.
