Interesting. I kinda like that. It ties in with the theme of the album. 10/10 use of AI in art.

Indeed.
Said tongue in cheek and it does tie in with the album.

I agree hard with you Kopkiwi. I finished right now my fourth incursion on the album and I really love it. It was a big risk for Frost* to write a double album, I never expected that from this band, but the task was fully realized. The album is very well balanced and sounds to me a very modern prog work. It adds to the band another great consistent work. This souds to me as a breth of fresh air to the modern prog.Kudos to them, especially to Godfrey, the real motor strength of Frost*.

Been checking this band out. My stumbling block with their earlier work is that the bottom end and synth tones sound overly digital and light--not twee but headed there. What I like about this, as I skim through the tracks, are some deeper, more resonant synth tones. So I'm checking the whole album out, it may grow on me.

While this album and Day and Age are both awesome, the atmosphere of this one is growing more and more on me. I think it helped that I was playing disc golf in a burnt out forest on a grey day when I first hit this one. It really established the mood haha.

The concept behind this album would have melted my mind in my early teen years.

This and IQs new one ‘Dominion’ are absolutely essential if you like this sort of stuff.
They both stand up to the classics of old.

Agreed, in spite of the differences between both album's music style.

This House of Winter, The Solid State Orchestra and Evaporator is such a great run of songs.

Especially Evaporator has an absolute majestic ending. It doesn't happen often that I just get lost in such an expansive rich wall of sound.

I first listened to this album while I was playing disc golf in a burnt out forest in the mountains on a grey fall morning. It was a truly transcendental experience.
