This is so much better than that snoozefest they put out a year or two ago

This is weirdly academic sounding: A Treatise on the Evolution of Timbre Over Time or somesuch. Sounds fucking gorgeous and vacuous all at once? Anyway, either Birth4000 or Del Oro made my brain feel cool with the ol' cans on

hmm, I hesitated in entering this thread on the presumption y'all peeps would be lavishing praise upon it and my reluctance in offering any half-arsed elusive counterpoint (not sure why I had assumed this tbh, just thought he was generally Sput-approved)

I've heard much worse and there are fleeting moments of enjoyment, but I agree with the notion of it feeling somewhat academic, lacking individualism / personality and altogether being less than the sum of its admittedly well-engineered parts

Can anyone explain the art?? All I see is a belly button with heavily coifed pubic hair and a Caesarian scar

When I saw him live he had a girl on the stage with a camera and a microscope and she was dropping oil onto paint and it was being projected around the venue. It was very trippy and I think that's what the album art is.
