Comatorium. Just because it's fun to you doesn't mean it will be fun for everybody. Everybody has some that's fun. Doesn't mean it has to be this.

"Don't understand the ghost negs, this is very well written."
Well thank you very much Fear!
"Imagine hating fun this much lmao"
I'm typically reaching for some nu-metal or thrash for fun lol. People can have all the fun in the world with this but I just don't get it. It feels compositionally bland and the vox don't do it for me. No right or wrong answer tho obv

I respect it. Not everyone likes everything and tbh I couldn’t stand this band til different shade.

The band's vocalist is definitely a love/hate thing. More critically, it sets the tone for the music. I think KL would have been lost in the shuffle if not for the unique vocal approach. I mean, at least it's not Death Pierce Me level shrill

Yeah I respect the vox but they're not for me. The songwriting is where they really lose me. I'm not really into these bands that go all-in on being "heavy". I find it often sounds gratuitous and uninteresting. Had to check this tho based on the hype.

I don't usually like vocals this high-pitched but seeing them perform live and seeing their music videos made them click for me. The guy has his own style and a very intense stage presence that is infectious. If you find that appealing, the vox may grow on you (but probably not)

Every sentiment row has for kl is how I feel about shit like Lorna shore, so I get it

Never cared much for Lorna either so I'm with you there

Lorna Shore is on the extreme end of heavy for heavy's sake. KL seems to at least have intent, Lorna Shore is just Infant Annihilator in a metalcore skin. I can't stand either band.

Oh my god I completely forgot about Infant Annihilator. Listening to them literally makes feel nauseous, which might be their intended affect but I'm definitely not into it. I would 100% take Knocked Loose over them any day. Lorna Shore too for that matter. Music like that has lost the plot imo. Why even bother using instruments if your sole intention is to be "heavy"? Pick up a jackhammer or something lol

Yeah I love death metal, especially really intense wild shit but for some reason Infant Annihilator never really clicked with me at all

sup Lucca good to see ya buddy! I would guess it's because IA doesn't pack enough musicality to their punches. Meshuggah offers more heaviness in one crushing cosmic measure than IA does in their whole discog (small as it may be) m/
