Man this is pretty fun for a throwaway side project, but it’s a little hard to get into. Cool riffs and stuff, even the vocals are alright, but I’ve never been a huge fan of mid-paced old-school heavy metal worship, just nothing too interesting about it.

Unfortunately he does a bit haha, at first I was thinking I could get into it y’know, kinda charming amateur sound, but man does that dramatic bellowing get old quickly. He’s done this style before and it just never really works.

Oohhhkaayy well that would explain a lot lol. Some tracks are better than others here though, like he’s not bad on Ceaseless Abandon. I don’t hate his style tbh but some of this definitely also feels lazy, if what you’re saying is true that makes sense. That said it seems like a bit of a jam project so low effort is understandable. It’s pretty enjoyable for what it is.
