honestly dont really see myself coming back to any of this again but the like month i had house of leaves as a single falsely anticipating literally *any* of the album would sound like it was kinda fun lol

also just found out that he scrapped an entire album before writing the bulk of this where tourniquet and house of leaves were the only fully developed holdovers which is really tragic news that a potentially better album was written and thrown away before this

ive been able to settle into this a *bit* more but i had to pretty much resequence the whole thing to do so and i dont even like it that much more lmao
really wish it was easier for me to engage with though since it seems like the exact album he needed to make for himself, but man there is just too little going on for it to be the album he needed to make for me

I personally love that this is stripped back and chill. Hits a vibe for me. That said there are def some boring coulda been cut tracks. But I dig it well enough
