That high, girly scream in the beginning of Angel of Death is so obnoxious it has to be metal.

I thought the scream at the start of angel of death was a guitar solo the first time I heard it. Then Tom's voice lowered and I was like...oh. THATS COOL!!!

I actually got the album today. I'm amazed why I haven't picked this up earlier.

I thought GHUA was better than this for about a day back in like 9th grade.
Then my balls dropped I guess.

I got this album, Seasons in the Abyss, and GHUA at the same time. Seasons used to be my favorite, but that's a distant memory now. And GHUA never did it for me.

This album is horrendously overrated. I gave it a 3.5 for its influence. 3 otherwise.

Listening to this album is like taking a shot of Everclear. I mean, its definitive thrash to the bone, but that doesn't make it a classic/fun to listen to/easy to take album. It's a great album, nothing more.
