Why on earth did they remove Enhanced Reality from the original release ?
The song is what made Genexus feel like a 5/5 for me and which gave me the feeling that The Industrialist was just unfinished.
Also, I really think they should have had 2 melodic songs at the end of each albums because it made Genexus feel so much more like a super heavy weight release.

One year later and my comment is already obsolete (pun intended). I did return to this and it is good. There is the usual mid-album slump and I'm not a fan of Depraved Mind Murder and Disassemble. Otherwise it's a gud 'un

My god, the legal BS is worse than I thought. What Burton went through is crazy.

Meh, sounds like Burton brought it upon himself by lying about his bankruptcy. Does make me wonder why he lost his trial in the first place but Dino did not.

I think that Burton lied about his bankruptcy because Hererra and Wolbers were being unreasonable and he wanted to get off their harassment.
I think that they just never forgave Bell for going back to Dino because they never wanted to acknowledge the failure of their comeback. Not an abysmal shameful failure, but a failure nonetheless.
Also, it was Bell who ended the original line-up back in 2001 because he couldn't stand Dino anymore. So, it was a truly cruel turn of event for Hererra and Wolbers to be fired from the band by the guy who, in the first place, had left because he couldn't stand the guy with whom he was reforming the band.
I think that at this point they should just give up for example. As it's Dino paying for the BS and it's even more stupid. They want to destroy what they can't have, like kids. And they won't admit that if they cannot be part of FF anymore, it's also because they're not the most important part of the band.
To me, Hererra and Wolbers weaponized the legal/economic dimension of the band in order to take revenge over Burton. Burton filed up bankruptcy because he simply didn't want to submit to their bullshit. He didn't expect them to go as far as destroy his entire life over the whole thing. He underestimated their hate and their stupidity.
