I couldn't get into The Canyon all that much but it's definitely better than anything after their first two albums. Bert and Jeff aren't good songwriters and I don't know how much the other two contribute.

I'd love to know the behind the scenes story for this one. Definitely agree on it sounding like a contractual obligation. Also this sounds way too Feldy/Travis Barker. Still tho, there are some fun songs. It's like the musical equivalent of the movie Venom.

This is definitely in the same vein as Lies for the Liars, except slightly better. I’m 37 and I’ve been a fan of The Used since I was probably still a teenager so why should I wait 15 years to enjoy this album?? I’m enjoying it meow! Nothing boundary smashing here, but it’s solidly in the wheelhouse for any fans of this band. It’s a 3 for me thank you!
