If there is a Baby's first black metal album, I'd say it's Enthrone Darkness Triumphant. It's more accessible in just about every aspect.

Whoa sometimes you listen to a teenage fave, like this one (one of my biggest loves, if not the, during my teens!), and you think: what a fantastic album!
This is so theatrical and melodic and diverse and carefully and lovingly made. Really a fantastic album, there kind of isn't anything like it in a way.
It was Tearing the Veil from Grace that caused this sweet little rant this time.
