Suggestion: listen closer. This album is all about the details... the production, the layers, the texture of the sounds. This is one of those albums that you can never get bored of no matter how many times you listen to it.



And the whole space theme as a metaphor for heroin use is genius. The songs all have double meanings.



Fav tracks: sergeant politeness, smoking umbrellas, dirty blue balloons, nurse who loved me, daylight



But really... every song is good. Even the segues add to the mood of the album. The album is pretty close to flawless when it comes to the alternative rock genre, in my opinion.
