Not really. I actually hated that movie.
|
| |
Yeah. Probably.
The music is good. Which is about the only thing it has going for it.

This should be filed under the composer who wrote the score, not under the movie. Suppose someone comes in looking for a review of that composer's muisc. He wouldn't think to search for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
I've done some reviewing of movie soundtracks, and no one congratulated me for it!
And I think Bron meant thats all the movie had going for it.
Indeed.

Yeah but he said the music is good therefore the movie must be good. Unless he watched movies with the sound off.
Hmm... Let me see if I can put it another way. I enjoy listening to the music, but I don't enjoy watching the movie. There are a multitude of other facets that determine if a movie is enjoyable to watch other than just a soundtrack, regardless of whether or not the score moves the plot along. I like the music, not the film. This Message Edited On 08.11.06

I like a lot the film from movies, but I forget the soundtrack after 2 weeks, unless it's something really memorable.
