I think this is decent and possibly great, but this genre is so crowded that it is really hard to stand out. Feels like a 3-3.5 to me.
I'd rather listen to Revocation, TBDM, or Psycroptic.

Definitely pretty cool, well played stuff. A bit surprised with the best dm I've heard in a long time comment but I suppose I can see why someone would like it that much given it's done without much in terms of flaw. Just seems like it doesn't have that extra punch to it to set it apart from the gang of other releases though

Last five or so years has seen quite a few excellent death metal releases, way better than this.
Not saying this is bad, that would be ridiculous.
But when I'm gonna do another year list, chances are this one won't make it.
