yeah the deathcore tag is so sick ngl and i highly rec browsing thru the years to see some classics. but i always understood deathcore as death metal + hardcore, since.... yeno, what's metalcore then

Deathcore, I would say, is more metalcore + death metal. Gonna peep this, maybe I'll dig it. I can't get into most deathcore though. The stuff I do like has nostalgia going for it.
