I was so disappointed in the last album and the first single from this. I don’t know if I could get off my old fogey shit to give it a shot

Not sure if I can muster up the energy to listen to this tbh. Singles did nothing for me.

'Spit the Bone' may be the single worst song they've ever made.
What in the actual hell is this band anymore?

Moments of potential but I'm just not feeling it.

Another middle of the road, uninteresting album with a few highlights in the form of "A New Moral Low Ground", "Living is Killing Us" and "Be Very Afraid".

Just had a listen and nothing was a highlight for me. Real shame. It's offensive how inoffensive this is.

their last album had entertainment value due to how obnoxious it was
this is just in one ear and out the other

dan's lyrics on this are about the quality you would expect from an antivaxxer

This bands stylistic trajectory over the last decade sounds like like they are just prepping for an imminent sexual assault scandal

It's fine, it's like there's some good songs and some eh songs but the pacing of the record is so mundane. I mean Dan is such a versatile drummer yet he's playing that simple AC/DC beat over and over again, it was driving me nuts to hear such a lack of diversity. FTTWTE at least had variety whether it was hit or miss.
