I watched this again recently. Truly an epic performance.



The slow-mo effects really pull you in. This is one of the very few concerts on DVD I can watch again and again.

I feel blessed to own this DVD, its a craker. RHCP have produced some amazing songs over the years, and also some quite bad ones, but they are amazing live, this DVD showed me that. Best song ever is Scar Tissue, the film clip for it good, and Otherside is another one of their best. 4.5

This was undoubtedly one of the best chili concerts ive ever seen. A well done review too.

I find it amazing how kiedis jumped around the way he did and then still managed to sing the way he did.

The crowd was amazing on this one..... i don't think performers can ask for a better crowd to play for.

The highlights for me were the intros to both around the world and californication (the bass and guitar jam)

Great review, Med. I see it's old, so I hope this is still available. I had no idea it even existed. I've seen Live In Hyde Park and was disappointed in it, and I've always felt as if the Chili's don't come across on video like they do live. I mean, no band does, but the Chili's in particular suffer, I feel. Perhaps this one will do the trick. I'm gonna pick it up on the strength of this review.This Message Edited On 04.05.06

This was an amazing live show.

I just got this one, I still havn't watched it yey but it looks good.

This DVD is a reminder of why I respect the musicians in this band more than almost any other musicians. It doesn't matter who I might like better, these guys just love to play music, they groove, and you can tell they have a really good time. They're amazing, and this show captures that perfectly. I love it.

Killer dvd, I rate this the best music dvd ever! I like fleas trumpet solo, it can be considered a real classic! Around the world is great and so is give it away!
