ehhhh are they really MDM? I mean they definitely take most of their influences from MDM but it feels off calling them that. I can say they've been metalcore for a hot minute tho. it's kinda hard to put them in a box which is cool since putting things in a box isn't interesting
DT are the most consistent MDM act, yes
vox are good, and even a bit expanded, agreed Willie
Looks like the drummer broke his shoes in as well

they're definitely MDM still, it's just that they're wearing their influences on their sleeves a bit more

for me it was Figure no. 5 in 2013 and then I noticed that they had just released a double album so TLI was my second album.

First was The Panic Broadcast, though I'd heard some tracks in the years before that (Exile, Nerve, Brickwalker, etc). I think Living Infinite and onward is their best era. Not that they weren't good before, but these days they're on a totally different level.

I bought the sworn to a great divide cd but didn’t like it and lost interest in them. Did get to see them at a good time in 2004 at a gig which was a strange combo of Soilwork, Killswitch Engage and Anthrax

i started really giving this band attention with The Panic Broadcast, thought Epitome and Enter Dog of Pavlov were their best songs
Then they upped the ante significantly with the next 2 releases which was a surprise, but it turns out losing their main songwriter was the best thing that ever happened to these guys

natural born chaos and predator's portrait are better than anything this band has released after 2010 save living infinite but yeah
already braced myself for the incoming pleb 'trm is their best album' takes
