Heard Lifetime by accident and liked it a lot, now I'm wondering if I should actually check this out.
Edit: yeah nah these other songs are trash so far

Perspectively, I think this album is pretty good, but isn't quite the best album. You see, ever since Adam Gontier depart himself out of the rock band, more songs and albums that are released have been getting less attention, for me atleast. Explosions didn't cut it as the best album in my own eyes because of the electronic sounding and elements off it and the second half of the album had a very distasteful elements especially Champion, and wholeheartedly the lyrical content itself.

There is a hidden easter egg in the video for Lifetime at minute 1:69 and it's super funny

Evaluation of TDG's new album in 2022:
1. Almost unchanged from the songs of the past 20 years, nothing new.
2. The new lead singer is still considered a backup or interim lead singer on the third album. It lacks the singing characteristics brought by the original lead singer Adam, and the work lacks some of the characteristics that everyone knows. The soul of the band lost most of it.
3. Stand still and stop in the success and comfort zone created by original frontman Adam. The same cliché content, very similar groove and Riff progress, the melody is worse. They did not have the courage to change their original appearance like their predecessors, PAPA ROACH.
4. The advantage is that some of their main works still have good audibility, other than that there are no surprises

“Chain of Abuse [is one] of my favorite songs of the year”
Aww I love that someone from here connected with that song. I like it too, easily the best song off the back end IMO. The first two tracks really struck a chord with me over the others personally

Giving this a 5 just to increase it's average to 2.3, which makes it the highest rated post-Adam album
